1. Who is responsible

FreightHall is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH TERRAMARK (TERRAMARK COMPANY LIMITED), Enterprise Registration No. 0319682477, Vietnam. TerraMark is responsible for the personal data described in this Policy, except where another provider acts independently under its own terms.

2. Data we collect

• account and authentication information, including email address;
• Business User details and Company association;
• Company Profile, Opportunity and response content;
• contact details users choose to provide for commercial access;
• subscription, entitlement and transaction references;
• support communications and reports; and
• technical, security and usage information needed to operate the service.

FreightHall does not store full payment-card details. Payment information is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

3. How we use data

• provide accounts, public profiles, Opportunities and responses;
• apply access, Credit and Premium eligibility rules;
• process subscriptions and synchronize payment status;
• send service, security and opportunity notifications;
• prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and contact leakage;
• support users and resolve disputes; and
• comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Depending on the context and applicable law, we process data to perform our agreement with users, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing FreightHall, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where consent is required.

5. Public and protected information

Public Company and Opportunity information may be visible without an account. Protected identity and contact information is shown only when FreightHall's access rules permit it. Users should not publish personal data that is unnecessary for a commercial purpose.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may share data with providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, security, analytics, customer support and payment processing. Paddle processes buyer and payment data under its own privacy notices. We may also disclose data where required by law or needed to protect rights, safety and service integrity.

Providers may process data in countries other than the user's country. We use contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable requirements.

7. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable access controls, encryption and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal data. Some information must be retained for legal, security or transaction records. Users may also manage notification and subscription choices through their account or provider portal.

9. Children

FreightHall is a business service and is not intended for people under 18 years old.
