1. Operator and acceptance

FreightHall is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH TERRAMARK (TERRAMARK COMPANY LIMITED), Enterprise Registration No. 0319682477, Vietnam ("TerraMark", "FreightHall", "we"). By creating an account or using FreightHall, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use FreightHall for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

2. Service

FreightHall is a digital business-opportunity network for freight forwarders and related logistics professionals. It provides public Company discovery, Freight Inquiries, Cooperation Requests and controlled access to commercial identity and contact information.

FreightHall is not a carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, freight broker, insurer, escrow service or party to transactions between users. Users are responsible for their own commercial, compliance, credit and partner checks.

3. Accounts and Company information

Account information must be accurate and kept current. One person may not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for a Company. A Company Profile is a shared directory record and is not exclusively owned by the first user who joins it.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. User content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant FreightHall a non-exclusive license to host, process, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You must not:

• submit false, unlawful, infringing or misleading content;
• post spam, duplicate or fabricated commercial requirements;
• circumvent access controls or disclose protected contact data;
• scrape, harvest or use FreightHall data for unauthorized bulk outreach;
• upload malware or interfere with security or availability; or
• use FreightHall for prohibited goods, sanctions evasion or unlawful activity.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium is available only to eligible Business Users. The price is USD 99 per selected Market per year, plus applicable taxes. Premium belongs to the purchasing User and selected Market, not to the Company. It renews annually until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle may present localized payment methods, taxes, invoices and buyer terms at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable law and Paddle's buyer processes.

6. Credits and access

Credits and Premium provide access only under FreightHall's eligibility rules. They do not guarantee responses, quotations, business opportunities, partner quality or shipment outcomes. FreightHall may correct balances or entitlements affected by fraud, technical error or abuse.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these Terms. Users may stop using FreightHall at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers and liability

FreightHall is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of user-submitted information or successful commercial outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to a user. We may update these Terms when the service, law or operating requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain published here.
